MESSAGE

I am Greatly thankful to God to give me this opportunity for progress of the nation and society, on most occasions students feel that they don’t possess as much expertise as they should need for getting to their cherished goals and realization of dream is a thing of impossibility. This is an instance of lack of confidence. Germination of intellect largely depends upon a congenial environment that the educational institution with its team of faculties provides. This is indispensable for the budding talents to grow into full bloom and translate all dreams into reality. Keeping this intention in mind I established this college in 2011. Since the beginning this institution has been playing an important role in imparting quality education.

The reason Pt. L.R College of Pharmacy aims at not only ensuring brilliant academic achievements in the council examination but also bringing for them suitable berths in their choice able areas. It further aims at widening the horizon of their confidence, so that they can strengthen their career, stand up for themselves and meet all future eventualities. Success cannot remain far away when confidence is built up and restored to mind. Dear students, in the present day scenario when you have entered the bivouac of career, you need not fall back and rather you should whole-heartedly choose a good platform where you can prove yourselves ‘THE HEROES OF STRIFE’

It gives me an immense pleasure to issue this newsletter-cum- Magazine of this college for the year 2019-20. In this fastly growing world, the students don’t have a limited sphere to work. Rather they would get opportunity in various fields like R&D production, Management, research and innovation, foreign assignments, pharmacy, quality and manufacturing industries and so. Virtually, they are required to be ready for all type of professions.

I feel proud to be part of this dynamic and liberal group of education to make its place in the education sector with manifold participation and programs to uplift the status of education in particular and raise the living standard of the society in general. We here prefer to prepare the engineers with practical knowledge and stress upon the students to invent new ideas and dedicate themselves on live projects.

Pharmacy is a noble profession being practiced since ancient age. Pharmacy profession has grown  manifold and role of pharmacist in current times is indispensable in healthcare. The multi-dimensional growth in Pharmacy profession has increased scope of Pharmacy professional to great extent. Being a link between a Doctor and Patient, they manufacturer medicines, keep Quality control and Develop new drugs through Research and development. Further with improvement in healthcare and increased purchase power with growing economy people are spending a lot of money on Cosmetics and fitness products along with prescription and OTC drugs.. With increase in life expectancy, elderly population is also growing and hence their medical needs and increased need of medicines. All this has led to lot of new job openings in already progressing sector. Pharmacy not only offers job in domestic market but also have lot of opening globally which involve higher studies, jobs in R&D and Academics. Export of pharmaceuticals is also increasing day by day.
