Pharmacy is the branch of health science that deals with the preparation and dispensing of drugs. Its aim is to ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs.
The pharmacy field can primarily be divided into three disciplines:
1. Pharmaceutics
2. Medicinal Chemistry & Pharmacognosy
3. Pharmacy Practice
About the program: D. Pharm is a two year full time program after the 12th standard. The training may enable the students to play an important role in hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy as pharmacist and assist the pharmaceutical industry at various levels and prospects.
It will enable students to practice pharmacy profession in a strong, skillful and determined manner .
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Students seeking admission in D.Pharma should have passed class 12th from any recognized Board/University with 50% in PCM/PCB
